- Registration details you provide: player name, date of birth, current club/school, shirt size, program interest, and parent/guardian name, email, and phone.
- Messages you send us by form, email, or phone.
- Limited technical data (e.g., browser type) only if and when analytics are enabled; see “Cookies&analytics” below.
Children’s privacy (COPPA)
Our programs serve players under 13. Consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The registration form is intended to be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who provides consent before submitting a child’s information. A parent may review, correct, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us.
How we use information
- To respond to registration requests and communicate about sessions, scheduling, and payment.
- To provide coaching, athletic-performance assessments, and progress reports.
- To meet legal, insurance, safety, and youth-sports obligations (e.g., SafeSport, concussion protocols).
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., payment processing or registration platforms) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Under the Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act and other applicable laws, we limit collection to what is necessary.
Data security
This site is served over HTTPS. We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we encourage families to share sensitive details by the method they are most comfortable with, including phone.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses a single browser localStorage value to remember your language preference (English/Spanish). It is not used for tracking. If analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated and consent obtained where required.

- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your or your child’s information.
