These terms govern registration and participation in Joga Azteca Futból Academy LLC (“JAFA”) programs. By registering, the parent/guardian agrees to the following.

Registration

A registration request submitted on this site is an inquiry, not a confirmed enrollment. A spot is reserved once JAFA confirms availability and payment arrangements. Cohorts are limited to 4–6 players and fill on a first-come basis.

Payment

  • Options: pay in full, two installments (50% / 50% at session 5), or three monthly payments.
  • We currently accept checks payable to Joga Azteca Futból Academy LLC. Electronic payment (Venmo Business, Zelle, Stripe) is coming soon.
  • Indoor pricing reflects RAC Dome turf-rental pass-through. There are no hidden fees.

Refund policy

All registrations are final due to limited cohort availability and pre-purchased field rentals. Medical exception: for a non-soccer medical injury, the player’s spot is held, sessions are paused, and they resume upon medical clearance.

Code of conduct

Players and families are expected to treat coaches, teammates, facilities, and officials with respect. Players removed for code-of-conduct violations forfeit remaining sessions without refund.

Safety & supervision

  • Coaching staff hold SafeSport, CPR, and Minnesota concussion certifications.
  • JAFA follows Minnesota youth-sports safety requirements, including concussion protocols (return-to-play only after appropriate clearance).
  • Parents must disclose relevant medical conditions and provide emergency contact information.

Media & progress capture

Each series includes a written progress report with video capture used for player development. Parents may opt out of any public/marketing use of a player’s image; development video is shared only with that player’s family.

Assumption of risk & waiver

Soccer involves inherent risk of injury. A separate liability waiver and medical-authorization form must be signed before participation. These website terms do not replace that waiver.

Accessibility statement

JAFA is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, targeting conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you encounter a barrier, contact us at info@jogaaztecafutbol.com and we will work to provide the information you need.

Non-discrimination

JAFA welcomes players of all backgrounds and provides bilingual (English/Spanish) coaching. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or religion.
